This service will be provided at your request, authenticated by a Sunstate Inc. representative. This warranty is transferable. This warranty does not cover: new or replacement roofing materials not originally treated; areas under roof mounted apparatus and excessive acts of nature determined by local area. Roof cleaning includes cleaning of roofing materials only (shingles, tiles, shakes). Fascia boards, gutters and drip edges are not considered part of the roof and will be billed as a separate charge. We are not responsible for tiles broken prior to our cleaning.
